Itinerary
Day 1, Thursday, November 4, 2010.
7:00 AM - Bus arrives at Nevada, MO at the pickup location, Wood's Supermarket, Hwy 54 W, on the
far West side of the parking lot.
7:30 AM - Bus departs Nevada for Branson, MO. Stretch breaks enroute. Fellowship, fun, and refreshments/snacks
provided on the way.
10:30
AM - 1:00 PM. Arrive in Branson. Enjoy lunch on your own and free time at an Outlet Mall. Your baggage will
taken to the hotel while you are on free time.
1:00 PM. Depart the Outlet Mall to go to the Welk Resort Theater to see Tony Orlando & The
Lennon Sisters Christmas Celebration. Join America's Sweethearts of song and Tony "Tie-A-Yellow-Ribbon"
Orlando for Branson's newest Ozark Mountain Christmas "must-enjoy" holiday Spectacular. Show starts at
2:00 PM. Tony's Christmas Shows in past years have been one of the best I have seen in Branson. Immediately
after the show, dinner will be provided at the Welk Resort Stage Door Restaurant.
TBA - After dinner, we will check into the newly
renovated Amazinn & Suites (formerly the Magnolia Inn) at 1311 Shepherd of the Hills Expy (417-2300), rest and
refresh yourselves for the evening show.
7:15 PM. Depart the Hotel to go to the Hughes Theater to see the Hughes Brothers Old Fashioned Family
Christmas Show. The World's largest performing family. Experience the magic as the Hughes Brothers share exciting
dances, festive instrumentals, and their inspiring harmonies. The Old Fashioned Christmas Show is complete with homemade
cookies, Santa, and a Living Nativity. See Santa in a new light in a powerfully moving presentation, with help from
over 20 Hughes children. Show starts at 8:00 PM. (D)
Day 2, Friday, November 5, 2010.
Deluxe Continental Breakfast provided at your leisure at the hotel. The morning is free; rest at the hotel,
go shopping at nearby local shopping areas, or perhaps go to a morning show (your cost). Lunch on your own at a
nearby restaurant. The bus will be used to shuttle you to shopping and lunch.
Time to be announced for baggage out and departure from hotel.
1:00
PM. Depart for the Dutton Family Theater. This afternoon see The Dutton Family who appeared on PBS and who reached
the Top Ten on NBC_s "America_s Got Talent" in Summer 2007. See the Holiday Show everyone is talking
about featuring old favorites and new. Enjoy a super Christmas Show. Show starts at 2:00 PM.
Immediately after the show on to an early dinner at The Golden
Corral. After dinner we will depart to the Moon River Theatre to see The Andy Williams Christmas Show. Millions
of people have seen the Andy Williams Christmas on Television. Now you can see him live in his own spectacular Moon
River Theatre. Show starts at 7:00 PM.
9:00 PM - After the show, load bus and depart for Nevada, MO. Stretch breaks enroute. Fellowship, fun, and
refreshments/snacks provided on the way.
11:30 PM. Arrive back at Nevada, MO at Wood_s Supermarket. (B, D)
